Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Reservation Modification Policy \/ Reservation Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Reservation cancellations are subject to the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (hereinafter: the \u201cConsumer Protection Law\u201d) and the regulations enacted thereunder, after the guest has made a reservation through the hotel website&#8217;s booking system and has received confirmation from Edmond Hotel regarding the terms of the transaction.<\/p>\n<p>It is clarified that any cancellation of a reservation must be made in writing through one of the following options:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>By sending an email to: <a href=\"mailto:reservations@edmond-hotel.co.il\">reservations@edmond-hotel.co.il<\/a><\/li>\n<li>By sending a fax to: +972-4-6299288<\/li>\n<li>By receiving written confirmation from a reservations representative following a telephone request to the reservations center at: <a href=\"tel: +9724-9064555\">+972-4-9064555<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Hotel Rooms:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cancellations or changes may be made up to 72 hours prior to the arrival date without cancellation fees.<br \/>\nAny cancellation or change made less than 72 hours prior will incur a charge equal to one night&#8217;s stay.<br \/>\nAny cancellation or change made less than 24 hours prior to the arrival date will be charged 100% of the total reservation cost.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Spa:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Spa treatments may be canceled or changed up to 48 hours prior to the arrival date without charge.<br \/>\nAny cancellation or change made less than 48 hours before the arrival date will be charged 100% of the total booking cost.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> If the cancellation policy stated in the booking confirmation differs from this policy, the policy specified in the confirmation sent by the hotel shall prevail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reservation Changes by the Guest<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Any change to a reservation must be made directly with the Edmond Hotel reservations center, subject to the Consumer Protection Law and the regulations enacted thereunder.<br \/>\nRequests to modify reservations made through the website must be submitted in writing only (by registered mail, fax, or email) and sent to the Edmond Hotel Reservations Center at 35 Derech HaGalil, Rosh Pina, or by email at: <a href=\"mailto:reservations@edmond-hotel.co.il\">reservations@edmond-hotel.co.il<\/a>, or by fax to: +972-4-6299288.<br \/>\nAlternatively, the change may be confirmed in writing by a reservations representative following a phone request to: <a href=\"tel: +9724-9064555\">+972-4-9064555<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If the guest modifies the reservation as described above, the effective date of the change will be the date the written notice and\/or email and\/or fax is received by the hotel\u2019s reservations department.<br \/>\nIf the notice is received on a public holiday in Israel, the effective date will be the next business day.<br \/>\nNo claims regarding changes will be accepted unless supported by a written document, signed and confirmed by the Edmond Hotel reservations center.<br \/>\nThe guest shall bear all costs associated with the requested changes, as detailed by the Edmond Hotel reservations center prior to execution of the requested modification.<\/p>\n<p>Service prices listed on the website are subject to change from time to time.<br \/>\nIn case of a discrepancy between prices listed on the website and the actual prices at Edmond Hotel, the price quoted by the reservations center shall prevail.<br \/>\nIf service prices have changed due to a price increase, the new prices shall apply to all existing reservations unless they have received final written confirmation from Edmond Hotel representatives.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Reservation Cancellation Form<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe
